SPOTLIGHT

Janessa Parkinson

Janessa is the third child in a family of 9. She grew up in Kaysville and moved to West Bountiful when she was 11 years old.  Ever sense she was little she was referred to as the “sunshine child” which describes her perfectly with her extremely blond hair and her genuine, warm and friendly personality.  While attending college at LDS Business College she held many leadership positions in the “Mentors” organization where she helped new students learn how to learn using the spirit. She is very athletic in sports, soccer being her favorite.  When it comes to cooking Janessa has no equal; she is a master of the sauces, breads, stir fries and desserts.  She achieved one of her lifetime goals on April 14th 2012 being married to Tyrel in the Bountiful Temple.
